This recipe was actually my mom's recipe. She always made this in the summer and cooked the salmon on the BBQ. Although she always did salmon steaks rather than fillets.

I tweaked her recipe a bit so that I could make it all year round. Requires only 3 ingredients and takes minutes to put together and minutes to cook!

Ingredients:

- 700-800grams salmon fillet

- 1½ tbsp of fresh rosemary/ 1 tbsp dried rosemary

- 4 garlic cloves

- ½ lemon

- ¾ tsp sea salt

- ¼ tsp pepper

- 1½ tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Mince your rosemary and garlic and sprinkle on top of the fish.

Place your fish in a baking dish or baking tray.

Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Slice your lemons and squeeze the juice on top and leave the slices on top of the fish. Place your fish into a preheated oven on broil at 425°F for 10-15 mins or until cooked.

If you are cooking a salmon steak then it will take a little longer.
