This is no where near REAL BBQ pork I am well aware. However, can I just say it takes minimal effort for maximum flavour! So easy to make and is a great side of protein to have over rice or noodles.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp sand ginger powder (picture of it below)

Directions:
Clean and trim your pork tenderloin. Place in a bowl and add all your seasonings and mix well. Allow to marinade at least 15 – 30 minutes up to overnight. Bake in a 400°F oven or in an air fryer at max setting for 20 – 30 minutes depending on the size of your tenderloin. Flipping it halfway through. Pour remaining marinade into a saucepan and let it bubble for a few minutes until it has reduced a little and becomes a little sticky. Once tenderloin is cooked let it stand for a few minutes before slicing. Pour over the cooked marinade as a gravy and enjoy as is, or over a bowl of rice or noodles.
