Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

- 1 pack/300g frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and drained well)

- 250 ml sour cream

- 250 ml mayonnaise

- 1 pack of Knorr vegetable soup mix




Directions:


Defrost your frozen chopped spinach in the microwave. Does not need to be hot just defrosted.

Then drain your spinach well. Squeeze as much of the liquid out as possible. I use a sieve to help squeeze the maximum amount of liquid out.

Then place in a bowl and add your sour cream and mayo and vegetable soup mix.

Mix well and if possible, let it stand in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or up to a few hours to allow the flavors to develop.



Dip with your choice of veggies or chips or bread and enjoy!
